Counselling, Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis are all forms of therapy. The word py comes originally from a Greek word which means 'servant', one who waits upon somebody else. Over the centuries it has acquired an additional meaning, connecting it first with the idea of healing and then with the idea of medicine.
